Group coaching sessions: Mondays 6pm (one hour)
Group movement + meditation: Tuesdays 7:30am (one hour); Thursdays 7pm (45-60 minutes)
Don’t fret! If you have a schedule conflict, sessions are recorded and provided for the duration of the session. You can watch all recordings as many times as you want until the program is done in March.
