Tend to your body, mind, and heart with NOURISH, a breath and movement experience to feed your soul. The all-abilities yoga class interweaves weekly themes with various yoga techniques to build resiliency and strength, improve mobility, and create a greater sense of calm and ease. Classes are offered over Zoom on Wednesdays at noon Eastern.
$15 per person for live class ($25 for two people living + practicing in the same household)
